Niblick and Greene’s Restaurant
For a casually elegant dining experience, try Niblick and Greene's. Niblick and Greene’s offers a wide variety of seafood, chicken, pasta and beef dishes. Kids will love the “‘Lil Golf Bag” from which they can choose a prize if they finish their dinner. Our lounge has the current sporting events on television, video poker machines and offers a full service bar including a large selection of microbrews. Come join us for “Dining above Par” at Niblick and Greene’s!

Hours of operation are from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Brassie's Bar & Lounge is open 2:00 p.m. to closing. Please call (541) 548-4220 for reservations, which are recommended but not required.

Birdies Café
Conveniently located in the lobby of the Inn, Birdies Café features all the standard breakfast and lunch fare with a healthy twist. It has a "Bistro" like atmosphere, but is comfy and casual. Fresh northwest produce is the highlight of their menu as well as other local berries, peaches, and tomatoes (subject to seasonal availability). Don't forget to ask about their daily specials. The café uses Caffé Umbria Italian style coffee from Seattle, Boars Head brand deli meats and Oregon Country beef. If you have time, say hello to Chef Robert Tate.

Hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, 7 days a week. Breakfast Menu is served 7 a.m.-12 p.m. noon, 7 days a week.

The Pool Side Café
Miss Mickey's Grill, poolside by the Resort Sports Center, serves up picnic-style food, custom prepared the way you like it. Featured selections include hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches & wraps, chicken baskets, soups, salads and snow cones. Miss Mickey's also offers a variety of drinks including Italian Sodas, Santiogo's Yerba Mate and real lemonade to beat that summer thirst.

The Silverleaf Café
Silverleaf Café located under the clock tower in the new Eagle Crest Village Center, welcomes you to enjoy the resorts best gourmet coffee, organic teas, smoothies and specialty beverages in a relaxing Central Oregon inspired setting.

Grab your lap top and take advantage of wireless internet while munching on a savory homemade crepe, fresh pastry or any one of our 21 unique gourmet sandwiches, hearty soups and salads.

Our bar features a fine selection of Northwest wines by the glass and local microbrews.
